Event Servers & Servers

You will serve guests in a unique and upscale entertainment-dining venue offering a Bistro, Bowling, and Bocce. Serving Italian/American cuisine out of our scratch kitchen, an extensive wine list, local craft beers, and thoughtful handcrafted cocktails, you will be able to provide an amazing experience for guests, all while making great money in a fun environment!

Pinstripes Servers must have the ability to enliven the venue, and bring in the ‘fun’ aspect to the guest experience. It is their personality that creates the guest experience. Servers have the ability to be versatile, bouncing from cocktailing to serving in an upscale dining environment, well-versed in event service, to gaming experts. They must have a keen ability to not only read the guest, but to deliver on their expectations.

It is preferable to have previous restaurant experience, but not required. Our training program will set every team member up to be successful from the start.

Server Assistants 

Pinstripes is a 40,000 square foot venue in South Barrington, with full bistro and patio, 300 person ballroom, 20 bowling lanes, 10 bocce courts and an all "from scratch" kitchen. Pinstripes has four Chicagoland locations and is currently expanding nationwide with new locations in California, Florida and Texas.

• Provides memorable guest service

• Assist servers and managers in executing service at a high level

• Able to answer questions regarding the menu.

• Reset tables, bowling lanes and bocce courts

• Work together as a cohesive team with other servers and the kitchen staff to ensure the restaurant is operated efficiently

• Memorize lunch and dinner menus

• Offer suggestions and recommendations in regards to orders and drinks

• Help to personalize the meal

• Expedite food to guests in a timely manner

• Maintain a clean work environment

• Must have the ability to provide excellent customer service

• Able to be on your feet for up to 6 hours

• Must always be neat in appearance and follow uniform guidelines

• Be able to lift 25 lbs

• Be able to move tables and chairs in venue
