Come join Breathe Cleveland’s Halli Kiwi for a slow burn yoga class. Slow does not mean easy! This class is appropriate for beginners and experienced yogis alike, as the slower pace allows for time to establish and refine alignment while increasing overall breath and muscular awareness, strength, and flexibility. This class encourages students to go deeper into their practice by allowing time and space to harness a greater awareness of the power of their breath. Postures will be held for a minimum of 5-7 breaths (or longer!), challenging the muscular system and the mind. You will leave feeling strong and rejuvenated. This class will be held outdoors at the Central Park in Pinecrest right across from Condado. Afterwards, come to Athleta for light refreshments and a private shopping experience where each participant will get $15 off their purchase.
