Learn and explore proper alignment, variations of inversion pose, and strength-building drills that prepare you to turn upside down. This workshop will lead you through a vinyasa sequence to warm the body in preparation for handstand, forearm stand, and head stand. There will be ample opportunity to incorporate blocks and straps and to choose safe and healthy variations of a pose to build strength and confidence in your inversion practice.
