Designer Fashions, Accessories & Salon Coming to Pinecrest: Gracylane, Scout and Molly’s Boutique and J. Bellezza Salon & Boutique
CLEVELAND, OH The collection of shops, boutiques, health and beauty, dining and entertainment destinations heading to Pinecrest, the new mixed-use district now under construction in Orange Village continues to grow! Scout and Molly’s Boutique, Gracylane and J. Bellezza Salon have all recently committed to open stores at Pinecrest when it debuts in spring 2018, according to Fairmount Properties, the project’s developer.
The highly anticipated SUB-urban Pinecrest district will feature over 65 shopping, dining and entertainment choices in an attractive pedestrian-oriented district, as well as 150,000 SF of Class A office space, a 145-room AC Hotel by Marriott and 87 extraordinary apartments, plus garage, surface and street parking options. The majority of Pinecrest’s tenants will be new to Northeast Ohio and many exclusive to Pinecrest.
Gracylane is a locally-owned boutique for stylish accessories that provides personalized customer service as well as a wonderful variety of gifts and collectibles. The store features Alex and Ani, Uno de 50, Brighton, Nora Fleming, Waxing Poetic, My Saint My Hero and many more.
Gracylane’s Pinecrest store will encompass 2,500 SF. The retailer also has area stores in Hudson’s popular First and Main district, as well as in College Town Kent, two other Fairmount Properties developments.
Scout and Molly’s Boutique offers unique womenswear, jewelry and accessories by a diverse range of designers. The shop prides itself on being a place where women can find distinctive ways of expressing their personal style giving women a friendly and comfortable experience akin to browsing in their best friend’s closet. The retailer has boutiques in select markets from California to Florida to Connecticut including a shop in Hudson’s popular First and Main district. The 1,000 SF store at Pinecrest will be owned by local fashion entrepreneur Blair Dickey-White.
J. Bellezza is a new and unique concept in the Cleveland area, J. Bellezza, a boutique and salon, will provide personal care services such as hair styling with a focus on all-natural products to promote a healthy and beautiful lifestyle. The salon will feature highly talented, independent stylists in a private salon suite setting within a naturally beautiful environment for clients and stylists alike. Additionally, the boutique will carry new-to-market hair care products, advanced beauty tools, wellness inspiration, nutritional supplements, the latest in hair and beauty technology, gift items and more. This highly anticipated 2,300 SF boutique and wellness haven is designed to rejuvenate both mind and body.
This latest group of boutiques and personal care services will be joining retailers including REI, West Elm, Pottery Barn, Williams Sonoma, Whole Foods, Vineyard Vines, OrangeTheory Fitness, Vernacular and Laura of Pembroke, among many others previously announced. Pinecrest’s diverse array of restaurants, all with outdoor seating, will include Kona Grill, Red, the Steakhouse, City Works, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, Bibibop and Fusian, along with entertainment anchors including Pinstripes and Silverspot Cinema.

Pinecrest is being developed by a partnership led by Fairmount Properties and the DiGeronimo Companies. The Cleveland-based, mixed-use developer, Fairmount Properties, has developed retail-led mixed-use properties across the country, several within the region.
